Rollover protection switch (fuel pump reset switch)?

I have a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo with a 3.2L engine. The other day my daughter hit a snow pile in the middle of the road and the engine stalled and would not start.
With the key on, I checked for fuel pressure by scherader valve, and there was no pressure. I checked the fuses for the fuel pump and none are blown. I switched out the fuel pump relay with another one, but still no effect. The connections to the fuel pump all appear intact.
Does anyone know where the rollover protection switch (aka. fuel pump reset switch) is?
Thank you for your help.
