1988 Top Broken

Well, to make a long story short the passenger side latch for the rooftop was completely broken off by a certain idiot (:banghead: ) i gave a ride to. now the passenger side won't latch and i was just wondering if anybody knew how hard this would be to replace, and also how expensive.
