s13 years?

what years was the s13 made? from 91-94 only? what about the 88-90 fastbacks?

whats the diff between older 240 and 180sx? whats the diff between 240 and 240 type x?

can you change the tail lights of a240sx into the lights of a 180sx?

the years are 89-94, and yes u can change tail lights, the difference between 89-90 and the 91-94 is that its differnt engine, in america they have the sohc engine for 89-90 and the 91-94 has dohc, in japan for 88-90 oit comes with ca18det, and the 91-94 comes with sr20det if u get the turbo editions.

The S13 was made from 89-94...94 being the year of only convertibles in the US...89-90 was only SOHC while from 91-94 was DOHC

IIRC...you could get fastbacks and coupes throughout...minus 94

No such thing as a 240 Type X...you are thinking of the 180SX Type X...

240SX and 180SX are essentially the same body minus the engine differences and the tailights and being LHD vs. RHD

The 180SX's first came w/the CA18DET...they phased out the CA and opted for the SR20DET that they were using in their Silvia's...the Silvia's used to use the CA as well...early on in the S13 history...but first started using the SR20DET...the 180SX's last year was around 96...it stayed on due to it's popularity in Japan w/the drifters and racers.
