Brake Drums Wont Come Off..

I am trying to do a rear brake job on my 94 Cherokee. Got the adjuster backed off all the way, and still can't get the drum off, on either side. They are loose but won't come off all the way. I am reefing on them pretty hard! Suggestions? Thanks, Larry

You can cut the back of the hold down pins off from the outside of the backing plate.This will let the shoes fall apart in side of the drums.If you are not sure how to put it back to gethere you may need a manual.I have had to do this when the adjuster would not close up all the way.:alien2:
