2000 recall

I have a 2000 GS. I went on motortrend.com and found a few things this vehicle was recalled for. I was unaware of the recall. Is it possible I can still get this fixed without money from my pocket.

nevermind, I got to quick to post before reading all the way through. Its nice to know all the recalls that on this car.

Ive been having problems with my passenger headlight. its dim. when I unplug it, the harness, or whatever it is, is melted. I suppose thats not covered under my warranty. My reverse lights are also out. and my SRS light on my dash is on. anyone else have these issues? Not that I dont like the car, but now that I have a child, its not very family friendly.

i've seen quite a few eclipses with the one headlight dim. that happens on any car really, it just depends on how it wears and how much quality is on it from the factory.

I have a 2000 also that has had the headlight plug melt, dealer mechanic said it was very common. Part cost about $5.00 and is very easy to replace.
I did it in about 15 minutes.

Yah the head light plug meliting happens to just about all of us.
I just bent the metal prongs in more so it grabs tighter.
