tensioner pulley noise

Could anyone explain how to replace tensioner pulley.It is making a squealing noise. It is on 05 six cylinder tb. Thanks alot

Stick a breaker bar in the square receiver hole on the tensioner arm (it's either a 3/8" or 1/2" ratchet drive, I don't recall). Crank it clockwise to remove tension to remove the serpentine belt. There is one bolt that holds the tensioner assembly to the block. Are you sure it's not the idler pulley below the alternator? That's the usual noise maker. Here's the pic again compliments of GM:
