"Special reissue" of Tamiya's McLaren MP4/5?

I've seen at HLJ this kit, named as "special reissue". I've this kit in the old version, what's the change in the "special reissue"?

The lack of the decals for the orangish-pink areas, and a lack of GoodYear decals, and of course new box and much higher price.
