with both the H22 and H23, you need to resleeve the block in order for forged pistons to work and not melt inside the cylinder. For All motor, aka Naturally Aspirated, you're gonna want high compression, a FULL exhaust from the header all the way back to the muffler. You'll need cams, valve springs, retainers, and you could go with some oversized valves. Also have the head ported and polished.
The sleeves in the H series motors are FRM fiber reinforced matrix with is unlike a regular honda civic or integra block.
What kind of goal do you have for the car?
Obviously the h22 is VTEC, and you're top speed will be capable of being higher strictly because the h22 can rev past 7k and the h23 blows up past 7k stock.
Give me more info.

ok i got 95 lude and i need like exact brands of parts and like i gonna use the h23 core and h22 head and polished tranny and i want to make it just a bad ass lude that will blow all these civic hatchs away like i had an mr evo 8 and i love the power it had but i dont have any intentions of my prelude matching up to the evo i just sick of these kids running turbo b16 and b18 and thinking there the shit i want to just build a bad ass car price not an option well kinda but not really

WOW grammar OWNS you!. PERIODS and COMMAS make sentences EASIER TO READ.
The H23 block with the h22 head isn't reliable as a daily driver. You need multiple parts from the h22, and it NEEDS to be dyno tuned.
Polished Tranny??????? and wasn't the MR EVO a 9?
Build a turbo kit for your h23 if money is not an issue. With my JDM h22A I lost to a turbo'd b16A del sol on 10psi by like 4 or 5 cars from 2nd to 4th.
I'd go with the str8 H23, do a t3/t4 hybrid turbo, and GET IT TUNED?
Do you have any particular HP goal, or anything other than beating a turbo b16 or b18?
Why do you want the exact brands? Do you live in California or a state with emissions?
There are so many parts, that I'm gonna just say.........give me more info so I can help you.
Typing LIKE, like you MIGHT talk makes you sound like a blonde valley girl.
If you're gonna ask what's in a turbo kit...i'd say:
manifold, turbo, exhaust, intercooler, blow off valve, injectors, external wastegate, dumptube, bolts, gaskets, chipped ECU, patience, and someone that can tune a turbo car. You might even want an oil pressure guage, and a boost gauge. You might also want a wideband o2 sensor and gauge.
Just like I said before, I'm gonna need more info....

Another decision is do you want boost or no boost.
With no boost aka N/A, you'll want high compression, but with boost you'll want low compression.
If it were my money, I'd turbo the H22 with Mahle pistons and Golden Eagle rods. I'd use a t3/t4 turbo, blox turbo manifold with a 38mm Tial External Wastegate, I'd do a 3" down pipe and exhaust with a 3" flex pipe somewhere in line. DSM or RC engineering injectors. Walbro 255lph fuel pump. K&N filter. Ebay charge pipes and Ebay intercooler. A HKS SSQV blow off valve. You could buy a turbo kit, or you could piece your own together. And after you build up of whatever you wanna do...HAVE IT TUNED!!!
A clutch wouldn't be a bad upgrade either.
