96 cutlass engine into a 98 malibu

I have been searching for this answer but cant seem to word it right in the search option. anyway does any ones know if you can put a


3100 out of a 96 cutlass which has the upper motor mounts/dogbones on the front in a 98 malibu with a 3100 which has the upper mount on the side of the engine. What would have to be done and is it a fairly easy switch if its possible ? Thanks
