electrical problem with VS Berlina

internal fan wont stop at all, only way to stop is to pull fuse, disconnecting relay did not stop it.
Any help is appreciated,

ECU Temp sensor is faulty, have it replaced or have the wiring plug for the sensor checked. The sensor should be in the middle of the inlet manifold under the big plastic cover.
