Speakers for a Dakota

Wassup guys? My friend needs some new speakers for his 1998 Dakota. He has a JVC touchscreen (not dvd) headunit he plans to power his new speakers with. I was hoping you guys could give some recommendations.
His budget is about $100 a pair. He needs 6.5's for the doors and 4"s in the back. He's looking for nice, clear mids and highs at loud volume. Mostly he listens to rock, alternative, then rap and reggae. Thanks in advance,

CDT seems to be a good choice for lower cost stuff.
