Damn Wipers!!!

So I'm driving home from work at 2 AM on the Turnpike in a downpour when I hear a CLUNK against the firewall and the wipers stop in the up position!!

Guess I'll find broken linkage in there tomorrow.

What is with this car, last week it ate a throwout bearing, this week the wipers!!!

The linkage rod popped off the metal button at the passenger wiper drive. Cheap plastic worn out. Had to order new linkage from Nissan. I ordered both rods, figured I'd do them both. Cheap $20 fix.

glad it didnt cost you an arm and a leg, i had a 98 gxe that had the washer jets clog up on me, i was following this truck who sprayed a bunch of shit on my wind shield at like 80mph, when i went to wash the windshield off it just sludged it up even more and i was just guessing where the side of the road was at 80mph!

They shouldn't have charged you for that, there is a recall on that part.
