I am looking for a good tuning shop in the tri state are. I live in central NJ and would not want to travel very far. I was thinking of going to Pampena motorsports, but it seem like such a far drive from me. Does anyone know the exact address to pampena? Also do anyone have any other tuner suggestions??

If you google Pampena Motorsports you can get their website. Their exact address is:
1743 Julia Goldbach Ave.
Ronkonkoma, NY
Considering you're in Central NJ, yea it would be a pretty far drive for ya. I have a friend who got his Eclipse tuned at a shop in South Jersey about 2 years ago. He tells me it's one of the best shops on the East coast, or so he says. I forgot the name of it since it was so long ago, but if I remember I'll let you know. Not sure if it's close to you though. NJ insurance is great isn't it?

Pampena is worth the drive. One of the best shops for our cars...however, they JUST moved...like last week. So call and double check the address. Also there's a 3S shop in Easton PA, Ground Zero Performance (http://www.groundzeroperformance.com/)
On top of that, if you go onto 3si's regional section, usually there are guys in most states that have a decent amount of experience working on these cars and are usually willing to do the work for you for a bit less.

I was thinking of going to GZP, because it is close to my school. Do you know anyone who had their car tuned there? From my house Pampena is about 2 1/2 hrs away, and thats a long drive on a untuned gas guzzler.
