2001 part name and number help

hello all,

I am looking for a replacement part for my 2001 Tahoe, but I am not sure the exact name for it. Its the black part right above the break lights (circled in red in the pic attached)

So a part name and number would be great. (a link to a website that sells it would be even better) but I'll take whatever I can get.
