LED fix?

Does anyone have this fix for a EP 29 flasher? This one is for a jeep and I'm checking to see if mine could be modified like this one. 97 GMC Sierra. Does anyone know the part number for a flasher that will work with the LEDs?
I seen one on eBay, but the part number wasn't given and I'm not a gambler.
