Wheel Pics!!!!!! Omg Cool

haha well the wheels are in. Let me tell you all right now........you definantly get what you pay for. I have never seen a rim look like this. AWESOME. Purely AWESOME. They were sitting right next to a set of the new work wheels....something 9 i forget there name. They looked like a set of rotas sitting there lol. Nothing against the works at all, just saying these puppies grab mass attention. Packaging is second to none. I will have more pics sometime this week. The story is that Fedex DIDNT deliver one of the wheels. So i only have 3 right now. THey have the package in there scanner.....just not on the truck. So its somewhere in a warehouse right now(cry cry). So when i get all 4 i will post up picks and how they look in the box etc. WORTH THE MONEY AND 6 MONTH WAIT!!!!!!!!!

here you go. THis is the front wheel. 17x8.5 +27. Nothing baller on the offsets because thats extra cashish(custom, even more depending on how low you want to go) and with a special color thats extra cash too. The standard colors are titanium gold and silver.....i wanted blue. So i got the lowest STANDARD offset sizings they offer for a general make. Which looks fine as is. Super advans dont really have a sucken look to much anyways, the spokes come out regardless. The dish is more so in towards the back of the rim, not out like conventional looking dished rim. You can see what i mean by where all the spokes meet in the back (the inner blue rim) Kind of hard to explain. Pics should show it.

OH and i will also weigh a front and back wheel once i get them. I will use the digital scale at work. BUT I WILL SAY, there lite as all hell. I think i will be suprised to see the actual weight, because i know for a fact there are lighter wheels out there........which is f'ing crazy. But for a multipiece wheel, these are pretty f'ing lite. I want to say under 20 lbs. or right around it.

to be honest chuki i wouldnt think you would go for blue or even any color other than the normal ones. i thought you would go for somethin more subtle, but i love the color on those things. i cant picture them on the car tho, gotta see em mounted

this is why i went blue........my car is jet black, my calipers are gold, the inner piece on my rotors are gold. The caliper says GREDDY in almost the exact blue color as the wheels. I originally wanted the titanium gold colored wheels....but thats to much damn gold going on. Im not mr.T, so i said blue will stand out, looks good with gold and on black car with polished lip. The other color i would have got was yellow haha. But i said blue would look better. It was either the super advans or advan rgII's, i wanted lip so i said super......although the rgII's would have saved me some cash.

iv always wanted blue advans.....i wanted the black wheel blue rim combo but i dont think those look as good. If i ever have a black s14, i will for sure get that combo some how or another.

whats wrong with the size 17x8.5 up front 17x9.5 rear. I already need a roll and pull. Offset could be better which iv already said but thats all custom and requires more cash, but iv seen supers with - offset and they still dont look super super dished like a different rim with the same offset would look.

see how the spokes still come out towards the front. Now granted these look better than mine haha but they have WAAAAAAAY lower offset and are a half inch wider, but damn you know how much those would cost? Especially in an 18.....which is what i originally wanted to do 17/18 stagger.

between blue and yellow, im happy you chose blue. im not a yellow fan to begin with and those belong on the back of the hks silvia lol. no but seriously that blue is awesome and i think with the polished lip and the color of your car (and the accents you mentioned) youre right... perfect match. i cant wait to see em mounted. i asked this in one of my other replies but i dunno if you caught it or not... do you know what youre doing as far as rubber?

as for tires i dont know yet. I was thinking maybe a 225/45 or maybe higher up front and then 255/40 rear. That would be overall diameter's of 25 inches. I have a friend that says he can get good deals on tires. So i want to see what he can do on some advan AO48 tires. THis is a summer car so i wont be needing any all seasons tires. They have 2 different compounds, but the more extreme compound offers better tire sizes.

any suggestions on a good summer tire.....mainly nothing that is for wetness. Dry conditions only. If it rains, its not going out period.

lol thats because i was trying to get them out of the way so im standing heel to heel. Then i had to lean forward and grip with the toes. My camera is weird, it takes a bigger picture than it shows on the screen so it was quite difficult lol. I had to use the big toes for grip to hold me up. THat big toe does look deformed there bwhahahahaha awesome. Almost looks like a thumb or something.

Calipers with rims look fucking-a bro!! the size is good, I was talking offset, but it should still look damn good if you slam the shit out of the car lol anyways, hurry up and finish this bitch!! lol

BY FAR on my top 5 rims list...super hot...but not quite baller...(as custom offsets are needed for that)
