2002 Bonneville SSEi Door Module

We just had a bunch of snow, and shortly after I find that my door module is not working. This entails the seat memory, power windows/locks, and mirror control. While not a huge deal, I would really like to restore window control. I've taken apart my door and examined the circuit boards; they all look fine. I notice that the front 6" speaker is connected to the same wiring harness and it's working fine. The fuse is fine; I've checked it with a continuity tester and changed it. I didn't get into the door module circuitry at the master door circuit, but I assume the problem is in there. My questions are:

1.) How much does one of those cost?
and
2.) How much would it cost to have a mechanic repair it?
