Finally

So after owning a 99 gp se for a while I finally purchased a gtp! It has 103k miles on it and essentially right after buying it I noticed a chirping noise that seems to be coming from the supercharger. My question... is it the bearings? And if so, should I go ahead and replace the coupler when I take it apart? Just the first of many things that I will be doing to it.

Congratulations. Are you sure the noise is coming from the supercharger and not a tensioner or idler pulley? You could remove the SC drive belt to verify. Spin the SC pulley as fast as you can by hand first to rule out snout bearings. A bad coupler normally makes a rattling sound.
With 103K miles I would change the coupler (use improved one) and install a new snout seal and bearings.

meh...fairly sure. I assume you are talking about the coupler, seal, and bearings from zzp?
