Late model mirrors on a '99 3500

I want to put the late model fold out towing mirrors on my '99 3500. I have manual mirrors now, and am not sure if the wiring is there or not; if not, Oh Well, it was a thought. (I'll check for wiring before I buy any mirrors, but there is a huge harness going into the driver's door)
