93 crysler lebaron convertable

I have a 93 lebaron convertable. the problemis that the automatice top will go down just fine but is super slow going back up. any one have an idea on what the problem may be. some one told me it may need fluid put into the hydrolics. if so how do you put it in?

Take out your back seat, underneath is a small hydraulic pump. there is a plug on the side, fill it with ATF+4 and the top will be much stronger and faster.

Thanks for the info. I found an automotive book that told me how to put in the fluid. you can get to the mechanics through the trunk. the top works great. now I just need a left side rear window regulator and I'm all set.

Window regs can be found on Ebay but sell form mucho mullah.. ie $60+, and+ shipping.. usually bout $12 - 18 depending on where yah is..

Thanks for the info and web site for the rear window regulator. I was able to get one for $160. compared to $400. now i can ride with the top down and the windows. I'm siked
