welcome to last week,buddy.This subject has been aired so many times....trouble is,AF is growing at a phonomenal rate...check out the figures here...

god only knows how many pictures,hotlinks and smileys.
It all takes a lot of server width,and as fast as it gets upgraded,the spare capacity gets used up.To put it in automotive terms,as websites go,AF is an eight-lane expressway.Even so,at peak times,it still gets gridlocked.I'm sure if it was made into a pay site,it would still get a lot of traffic,but it's not going to happen.Meantime,it's worth every cent that I pay to visit,and then some.:)

Igor is working on it, it just takes some time. I mean hell, its 11 am here, and already there are 1100+ users online..

I'm not too upset or trying to piss people off. I am not on state-fund and do have my own computer, but your point is strongly made.
I do in fact respect the gifts I have been given, as well. I see alot of people around me (ie. at school), rich kids who get BMW X5's and shit and when I ask them how much insurance is they reply...Insurance? Well....uhhhh.....about......the normal price, don't you know?:mad::mad:
I'm suprized I do so well in this environment, don't have a long fuse and sometimes the soundtrack in my mind is kinda vulgar (INSURANCE?!!!?! You don't even know what daddy pays for your fuck!ng INSURANCE?!!!?!) Agg...People these days.

We used to call kids like that on the ski fields 'Trustafarians.' They'd turn up with their nice new skis in their folk's new RV and then bludge for cigarettes and beer at the ski lodge and then tell you about their palatial palace and overseas trips.
I don't have a thing against rich folk (some would argue that I'm not exactly the poorest person myself). But I think I sweat enough over my job to appreciate that I did work for what I've got too (as well as my folks who ran a business for 40 years, 6 full days a week with a single two-week holiday in that time).
