when everything is off and ignition switch off when i press the brake pedal
the instrument lights will come on along with the buzzer noise, when i release the brake it goes off...could this be the headlight/park light switch or maybe the brake pedal light switch?? i have an extra headslight/parking light switch, i will try it to see if thats the problem first, other then that not sure where to turn..

The brake light runs threw the turn signal switch.
You may have a bad ground or bulb or wiring problem in turn signal circuit.
Start with checking the brake lights for coming on right on rear and check all turn signals bulbs and operation.

The stop lamp circuit is back feeding the tail lamp circuit, which is back feeding the instrument lamp circuit. Possibly a broken filament inside a rear tail lamp bulb shorting the turn/stop filament to the tail lamp filament. Or possibly trailer hitch wiring, left or right turn/stop circuit shorting to the tail lamp circuit.
