Hello I have a 95 1/2 blazer (it has the OCB connector) and just recently my turn signals have gone from normal, to working occasionally, to not at all. My first thought was a fuse had blown, but that wouldn't explain the occasional working (not to mention the harzard lights work fine). My question is what could this be? Are the harzards on a different fuse? If this isn't a fuse question what is the problem, and of course, how do I fix it. Thanks to all.

Before you can fix it you will need to test it out and see where the problem is.
Grab a test light and check for power to turn signal switch and power going threw the flasher.
If power into turn signal switch check for power coming out to front and rear signal lights.
Also check for brake light to and threw the switch.

I'd place a small wager on the multifunction switch failing, but it's definitely best to perform the diagnosis first. A replacement switch is over $210, and that's dealer cost. Retail is closer to $380.
The flasher on your '95 is probably a combination unit in front of the glove box, mounted to an auxiliary circuit panel on the heater core case. That one flasher is used for both the hazard and turn indicators.

when my multi function switch went out i ended up replacing the whole steering column with one from the wrecking yard. cost $85 for a "lightly used" one and only a couple of bolts and connectors. took less than an hour. just be sure to get the keys with it.
