E150 Fuel Problems

I have a 1995 Ford E150 that won't stay running. It will run as long as I pour fuel down the intake so it is not getting fuel. could this be the inertia switch (http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_can_you_tell_if_inertia_switch_is_bad_on_94_Fo rd_E_150_I_bypassed_relay_and_I_keep_blowing_fuse) ? and where do I find it? The van has been sitting for about a year and ran when parked.
