headlight mod?

Hey guys I'm new here. I just picked up a 6 light kit frrom www.highbeamkits.com (http://www.highbeamkits.com) for my 99 silverado. I installed it, and it didnt work. I called them, we found one of the wires in the relay block installed wrong, so we swapped it and still nothing. The foglights come on with the high beams but still no lows. So they sent me a new kit, free of charge. Tried to install it today...still nothing. Didnt even try the fogs this time. It's really irritating me. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!
