Sounds like something with ignition or fuel control. First, check and/or replace the spark plugs. Make sure your wires are good with no arching. Next, test the ignition coil.
Problem still happens, then replace fuel filter and then lastly fuel pump.
However, it may be a transmission problem. Jerking like how? When I shift and I let out the clutch too quickly the clutch grabs a hold and jerks the car. That's actually common. Could you explain more?
Also for future purposes, but the make, model, year, and any mods of your car in your signature. It will help us to better help you and know what we're working with. Welcome to AF!

i dont know its hard to explain kinda alrite just say that im in 3rd gear and i'll be moving along normal rpms no problems.... then if i give it good amount of gas the whole car will start to jerk before it takes off... could it be the clutch

If it was the clutch, it'd be slipping. Basically if you were driving normal and floored it say in 3rd gear, the rpms would rise up, but the car wouldn't go anywhere. Thats the worst case when it comes to slipping. However, it doesn't seem like that.
Like I said before, it sounds like ignition or fuel. You're giving it gas and wanting it to move, but it's hesitating and not moving. Either not enough spark for the amount of air coming in, or not enough fuel for the amount of air and spark.

The best way to see if the clutch is slipping is by giving the clutch a huge load. Something like getting part way up a hill at 15mph, putting the car in 2nd and flooring the gas.

and if it jerks or whatever then it would be the clutch causing it??

By placing a huge load on the clutch, it's easier to tell if it's slipping.
I was just trying to give you an easy way to check if the clutch is slipping, but as david-b said, it really doesn't sound like that is your problem.
Have you checked anything that david-b suggested? What about a leak check? How old are your plugs and wires? What are your plugs gapped to? Do you have a logger? Any CEL's? Recent mods?

That was probably one of the worst things you could have put in...:disappoin
Take them out and put in some NGK BPR7ES plugs.
