f22 sohc with h23 dohc head

I just put a h23 dohc head on my f22 sohc block. my problem is that the f22 had a internal coil and the h23 has a external coil and wen I went to wire the msd sci box I can't find the wright wire to hook to the msd box. the wire I'm dot shure about is the white ignition amplifier output wire on the msd box. does some one know what wire it would be for the h23 distributor?
the other thing is that I replaced the stock ecu with one out of a h23 and the fule pump won't come on when the key is on, so I put the old one back and it still will not come on. if anyone can help please let me know.
