89 Dodge Ram Fuse diagram

Hi, I am the proud owner of a 1989 Dodge Ram 50 (sarcasm). I tried to plug my phone charger into the cigarette lighter, with no result. When I looked at the fuse box, it turned out there were about 6 missing fuses. I have no idea what the fuses go to, seeing as the words are worn off the box, and I no longer have the owner’s manual, so I don’t know which fuses go where. I have a few repair manuals, and none of them show the fuse box diagram. If someone out there could please provide me with a fuse box diagram (or better yet, an original owner’s manual), I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a 99 dodge ram and I have to have the truck running when I want to charge my phone also the cig. lighter doesn't work unless the truck is running. Not sure if this is it-- but have you tried that? Good luck
