Exhaust manifold Replacement

I have an Isuzu Rodeo 2.2 X22SE 2001 SUV. The exhaust manifold is completely cracked and useless. I want to replace it but I couldn’t find any replacement part online.

I would like to know if anyone could tell me where could I find such a replacement.
