Where is the Cap?

Hi, I just got a 91 Eclipse 1.8 sohc five speed with a 140xxx miles on it, and it doesn't wanna start, it'll crank all day, but not start.

I took it to Mentor Mitsubishi (dealer ship around my house) and they diagnosed it with bad plugs, wires, and cap.

I replaced the wires (autolight pro. 7MM), plugs (ngk v power .44 gap), and today I changed the motor oil (Castrol 10w40 w/ fram oil filter). I also unplugged the wires one by one, and attached them to a spark plug, then had a friend start the car 4 times, each time with a different wire to check all of them. None of them sparked

Only thing left to replace according to the dealer ship is the cap.
Is the black piece where the wires connect the cap? Is that what i need to replace?

I looked some parts up on rockauto.com and they sell Distributors, which are apparently the whole Assembly for four hundred dollars. http://info.rockauto.com/getimage/getimage.php?imageurl=http%3A//info.rockauto.com/BeckArnley/1855041.jpg

They also sell this weird piece that i have no clue where it might go, and its called an Ignition Coil? it looks like this http://info.rockauto.com/SMP/UF-355_FULL.jpg

And last they sell just a straight up Cap, looks like this http://info.rockauto.com/SMP/JH-206_FULL.jpg

Which one would i need? I'm thinking its probably the the last one, since the dealer ship stated that it needed a cap, but would that cap fit straight on the distributor?

Ah ic, well my car has doesn't have a distributor like that, mine is just basically a ignition coil pack you screw on top on the valve cover.

I'm not sure, but it seems like you'd be able to just replace the cap. Did you notice any screws on it that would hint to it being able to be removed from the rest of the distributor?

I think there were two or three screws, i just don't have the tools to reach in there. My guess is that the cap can be replaced, and that should solve the problem.

Can it be cleaned and reused? Or once it fails its done for good?

I meant to mention this before, I push started it, and it ran really rich. But once I got it running, I couldn't let it idle, cause then it would just stall out.

:Update:
I just replaced the cap, the wires are getting spark, so id think the plugs are getting spark too. But the car still not starting. maybe the motor has flooded. If so, how do you unflood it? i dont understand what the manual is trying to say, something about depressing the pedal or something idk.

Could Gaping the plugs at .44 cause them not to spark? Its my first time gaping spark plugs, and I don't think all of them ended up at .44 I think a couple might be between .44 and .50 none of them were over .50

I'm going to take them out tomorrow, and re gap them all perfectly, see if that changes anything. If anyone can enlighten me, I would greatly appreciate it.

a few more problems..

The Radiator is leaking from the bottom left side, im not sure if i wanna buy a new one or not, maybe pick on up from the yard for now, cause the car still doesn't run.

The head lights wont go up or down. They are stuck up? and the little red valves that you turn to bring them up or down manually don't wanna work.

There is dirty oil in the throttle body, i don't know how that got there.

There is no radio, and no records of when sh*t was changed/replaced.

Any ideas what i should do with thing?

:Update:

Call me stupid, idc. the previous owner of the car, yes im blaming this on them, hooked the wires to the distributor cap in the order 1 2 4 3 so the timing was only right for 2 cylinders, which is why the car runs when push started.... i checked it, and fixed this problem, the correct order is 1 3 4 2 and if you look on the cap, it has a little one marked. Well if your looking at the distributer from inside of the car, the firing order is clockwise. If looking at the car from the front, the firing order is counter clock wise. I also removed this silencer from the air can in hope of some more power. Now the car starts up, but it is idling high, 1500 high, and the oil pressure gauge stayed on the low side, but i only ran it for like two min. Hopefully today ill get the gs-t radiator, and put that in, with some fluid, and cruise around in this car for my FIRST time, with no headlights. =D
