After fixing the ground BUS with the help of Mickey1 and Bassasasin, we now have a new problem, here is what is happening:
Blower Fan only has hight speed working, there is clicking under the hood on number 4 large relay on the firewall, next there is clicking under passenger glove box, near kickpanel (Smaller relay.. HOT..) and right behind glove box(vaccum selenoid I beleive...clickedyclick)
At the same time the climate control buttons are playing ..mary Go round..with each other, not really stopping on any one. Then it all stops....
you guys know this one Im sure you had had post on this before..HELP

Researching
#4 is the cooant fans and they would be tuning on and off as the air conditioner is apparently turning on and off inside the car... This perhaps is a symptom of the craziness of the Air Conditioning system right now.. ..
The control head is causing those relays to chatter..You may have to find a swap for it first to get started..
You would have to pull LEFT side #3 fuse and see if everything quiets down..
Thats shows as the Air conditioning fuse.. ..
The Chattering fuse under the hood could be also causing the trouble..
There are several difficult possibilities.
one being the voltage source to the system is not stable.
the grounding circuit is not stable.
the data system is corrupt and unstable.
The control unit has failed.
The data stream starts from the PCM.. you could start there by replacing or swapping.
Check around for voltages during the problem and look for varying voltages.
I havent heard this one before..
Good Luck

Is this the control unit you have?:
http://i8.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/91/1d/5c81_1.JPG
If so, that one is for sale on ebay (I found it in a search). I also have one here at the house. I would sell it for a very reasonable cost if you don't buy the one on ebay.

My email is sarsipius23 at comcast.net. Next, the PCM is located under the dash near the passenger's feet. You remove the black plastic shield from the right side of the under dash, then find the silver box that has three groups of wiring going into it. You can remove it by removing one 10mm nut and a little bracket that holds it up. You then can wiggle it free (you'll see). I also have an extra PCM lying around but it is for a 92 and I don't think they are the exact same as a 94.
Your car sounds like it has a few electrical problems. They are VERY tricky to find and fix. I've been there and have gotten a few false causes along the way. Good luck. A subscription to alldata.com for your car may be in order.

I note that you identified a different model control head for your 94'.
Did you have the codes read?:grinyes:
The 94's AC .. the PCM has ll of those coolant fan relay contols comming from it.
The
I would like to ask if this problem appeared after the new ground bus was repaied or being worked over by the shops?
If so it all may be needing a look over.
Elsewise.. try the AC control head swap.
Good Luck

1- I havent had the codes read yet.
2- My climate control/ AC unit has been cycling now for over a year...
3-When I pull number 3 A/C fuse the blower fan stops , if i plug the evap plug back in ,the Rad fans start up, which all make sense...
4-After the BUS clean up everything that was wrong with (no start no power, no windows,no power locks) It all come back to normal. ALl that is left now is to figure out Climate control (merry-go-round)
5-how was it that i identified a "different model control head" for my 94'
I believe their are two types...mine has the exact layout that you see above. Thanks>>> will keep testing and posting.
6- will run battery test today and voltage drop ( will report back)
7- I am not the fist to have the same problem on this forum, Im trying to find the thread.few years back.

News UPdate: spent the whole day under the hood stripping batt cables, post cleaning, filing, grinding grounds, sanding paint... ALL for better connection..Nice job i might add..:grinno:
All is shinny now.Batt shows 13.1V OFF.. when car running Alt shows 14.3V@fuse box.
ALL heater fan speeds are back up and running. IT was a bad relay under the hood.:nono: two - 5pins... one for High speed other slow speed.
Still have ONE problem left. I have no control over pushbuttons on climate control, all the lights are off and i cant change anythings except speed and temp...MUST be bad climate A/C Head. $$$$$$$ how much...canada
ALL else is GREAT...:iceslolan
