Does Anyone Have More Info On The Dual Cam Zc That Will Fit In An 89 Std Hatch? I Can Get One For $50 That Needs Put Back Together.
Not Sure What All I Need For The Swap, What Ecu Do I Use? I Know I Have To Do Mpfi Swap Can I Just Modify My Std Harness? And What Kind Of Hp/torque Ratings Did These Things Have, Can I Still Use The Si Tranny That Is Attached To My Piece Of Shit D15? Do I Need Different Axles? Any Info Would Be Appreciated.

You can use your si tranny, si axles, and i think a pm6 will work but a pm7 would be ideal. This site has EXACTLY what your looking for:

You can get rings and gaskets from napa, if you want to splurge and get good parts go OEM Honda. You can order them off hondaautomotiveparts.com. I don't know what your exactly planning with the motor (NA or turbo or what?) so you need to look for pistons/ rods on your own. Keep in mind that its not as easy to find parts for a DOHC ZC as it is for any other D.

Heres a link for a guy doing a turbo DOHC ZC. It may help you out.

ok i have an up date upon further inspection it looks as if i have been fucked, the valve cover was painted black but the eng code varified it is a d16a1. now i have been told that this engine will not go into an 88-89 hatch, but i have read of one guy putting one in and he said if i use the civic tranny(si) that all that would have to be done is i would have to build the motor mount on the driver side (pulley side) of the engine anyone heard anything on this?
id really like to use this motor, its in pretty good shape it only has a burnt valve other than that i could slap it together and it would run any help much appreciated.

Dude, forget it. That engine has the same hp as an Si engine and has 2 cams doing it. If you have the integra already just sell it or drive it as is.

Yeah... you got fucked... trash that motor and call it a learning experience.

You'd spend more time and money rebuilding it than you could even get back from selling it off....

Now if you wanted to pick up a 1st gen CRX somewhere that needed a motor to go in it, you could use that... but otherwise, it's pretty worthless.
