Need Help..

Just Bought 1996 Olds, Auruoa.. New Battery & Starter In Stalled.when I Try To Start Lights Get Dim And Engine Doesn't Turn. Tried To Cross Start Over.. Start Sound Like It Is Turning ,but Engine Still Does Not Turn Over. I'm Affraid The Engine May Be Locked Up.. Any Quick Tips On Turning Motor Over Manually??

I have been watching this post, because I am interested in the suggestions you receive. Did you ever get your rora to turn over? It seems like your engine might turn over with a boost. Most battery chargers have a boost feature. But to turn the engine manually. The only thing I can think of, is to remove the little cover on the bottom of the engine between the engine and transmission. And use a flat tip screwdriver to turn the flywheel. This is a lot of work. Maybe someone else here will throw in something better. Good luck!
