Timing a 94 Chevy Pickup 2500 series

I am attempting to time my 1994 Chevy 2500/5.7/AC/AT pickup. It is telling me to disconnect the Distributer override single wire from the junction block. I pulled the cover off of the back wall and they all look to be single wires. My Chilton that I am looking at does not even have that. I am not able to figure out which wire they are talking about. Does anyone have suggestions on this?

It is a single wire black connector and the wire itself is brown with a black stripe. Sometimes the connector is hidden behind the loom or down from the junction box.

On my 94 k1500 the wire is located under the glove box, even though it says in my haynes manual they started doing that in '95. It's a black and tan wire with a connector.

On my 93 k1500 there are two plugs running to the back of the distributor. I unpluged the one on the right as you are looking from the from of the distributor.

I found the wire. It took me a little while, but mine wasn't in a junction block. It was on the driver's side of the engine bay, taped to the wiring harness that goes into the junction block down and to the right of the master cylinder. hope this helps
