single amp system

hello everyone. im thinking of setting me ride with a single amp system. im trying to make it as simple as possible. could anyone recommend a 5 channel amp? what about alpine's v12? basically what id like to have is as follows:

head unit, equalizer, amp, 2 channels to front separates, two channels to the rear and the 5th to drive the subs.

I would suggest a 4 channel amp and a 2 channel amp over that.
But the Alpine V12 amps are pretty nice. :)
