How do you remove the crank pulley, the motor keeps turing with the rachet.

In order of preference:
1) Impact wrench
2) Leave belt attached on pulley while trying to turn (probably won't work)
3) Strap wrench
1) Impact wrench
2) Leave belt attached on pulley while trying to turn (probably won't work)
3) Strap wrench
