Has anyone out there had to have upholstery work done on leather seats? The bottom half of my driver seat has torn with age and the prices I am getting are insane. Can someone recommend a good shop that they have used? I will take the skins off the seat and send them if necessary. Thanks

Do not mention your city? I talked to shop owner in columbia, SC this week about putting snaps on boot cover of 84 labaron. he advised he and his father worked on Labarons for dealers for several years when he was growing up and brought into the business by his father... told me seats were hard to recover because of the way they were made and original material was excellent in his book but expensive.. while I have a couple small defects on mine he advised me to use till wore out and in mean time use seat covers ie sheepskin to save wear.. this guy has done several cars for me and is honest and prices are always good.. E mail if you want to contact I will provide name and number.............FITZ
one of the cars he worked on was 85 Supra with gray leather EXCELLENT JOB LOOKS LIKE NEW
