Map sensor 94 sundance

hey guys dont know if ill get a reply but im going to give it a shot.
i went and got my 94 sundance diagnost and it pulled up map sensor code 13 vacum system and a o2 sensor. i replaced both and my cheak engine light went out but when i went to get it cheak again to make sure all codes were cleared it pulled up the map sensor code 13 again. i disconnected the positive and negative cables on the battery.and left them off for about 10 minutes to reclear the system again and reconnted them and started the car and let it idel for 30 minutes.in hopes then sensor may need to calibrate itself.i checked the vacum line the map is connected to seems to be clear and not cracked.havent had it cheaked again since i did that, but was wondering what elses can cause a code 13 if trying to calibrate the senor didnt remove the code?
