Rattling

I have an automatic, and lately there has been this really loud rattling noise, it sounds like metal rattling, and clanging. I think it might have something to do with the trans, but i have no idea, because i wuz doin neutral-drops for like 3 days, but then realized im stupid, and stopped. Does anybody have any ideas wut it makin the sound, and how i can fix it? Thanks.

may want to check the heat shield on the cat converter and make sure it isnt loose, if it is, just tear it all off

Yeah its probly in the exaust some where..... I had a terrible rattle/buzz one time on mine come to find out there was a piece of stainless that had seperated from the muffler and was buzzing..... But as for the neutral drops.... I have done a good many in my car also.... Its not exactly something you want to admit but its ok!!! I am going to start a neutral drop anonymous!!! N.D.A. LOL :silly2: but any way I don't think that messed any thing up I just wouldn't do it any more!!! :)
