94 Ciera leaking coolant

My girlfriend has a 94 2.2L ciera that is leaking coolant. WHen the car is running it is leaking down the top of the transmission under the thermostat housing. Can a head leak cause coolant to leak this fast? It looks like the module where the thermostat valve is in comes off of the head and I cant see if it is maybe coming from there. It also appears it might be coming from the intake area but I cant find exactly where it is coming from. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

your probably leaking from the thermostat housing.Replace the gasket and put in a new thermo while your at it.
