cant get 06 to turn over

I'm having a problem with my 06 mustang. I tried starting my car one night and it just compleatly lost power and died. when i would play with the termanals i would regain power but would yet again loose it when trying to start. I cleaned off the termanals and now it just makes a constant clicking noise but yet wont turn over. I changed the battery and it still will do it. the only way the car will start is if i jump start it. I dont even know what to look for anymore.

It's still under warranty ain't it?

I'd start by checking all the grounding points on the body and engine., then inspecting the cables.
