seems to be ok... but worthless... bet it hardly works, if at all... 20hp is WAY out of the question... :2cents:

Those don't do anything. If anything, they will mess up the car. Could cause a short if it melts. I bought one for the hell of it to see what it was, and it melted in a week. They don't do anything. Dont even bother with it. Everyone will tell you the same thing.

My friend got one for his integra. All it did was raise his idle RPMs to 1100. Don't put that on...return it or burn it. Don't risk screwing up your car.

Yeah dude, that wont do anything but fuck up your gas milage and kill your power. Its not a "chip" of any sorts, its a damn resistor anyone with two bits of sense could buy at radioshack for half the price. Heres whats going on when you put that on your car.
You put it on the IAT sensor right? The Intake Air Temp sensor. Well, depending on what temperature the air is, the sensor's resistance will vary. The ECU reads this resistance so when its cold out it can richen up your A/F ratio to help it run better when its cold. Well, the resistor you get makes the car think its cold as hell out, thus raising idle RPM and dumping in ass tons of fuel into your engine. Some fuck nut realized this and thought, "Wow, this will make more fuel go into the engine, so that means it will make more power!" Well, thats not the case. If anything, it will hurt it. You would have just as good of a chance gaining 20 hp by paying a bum $4 to bust a nut in your gas tank.
Power takes money hombre, and $4 wont get you shit.

Gernal policy is "ask before you buy". It only cost you $4 this time, but if you are gullible enough to buy something like that who knows what the next "power" mod you might fall for.

You could always keep it in your toolbox and use it as the $4 toothpick. :)

I did this to my NT... all it did was fuck with things... and what's better, I paid $.10 for mine... Radioshack, it's called a resistor...
It can cause you to burn out a cat converter and soot spark plugs... not worth it man
Edit: now that I think a/b it, this chip actually robs you of hp. These chips bump up the fuel. Making you run rich. You have more hp in an almost lean condition(at the risk of knocking). If these chips were to lean you out there might be a slight boost in hp, but it's not safe either way. You see how much money this guy's getting for a $.10 piece. He's not too worried a/b going out and testing everything, he just takes a set resistor, based on some calculation(not accounting for elevation, engine condition, RPM, mods, etc), and puts it on ebay...
Edit 2: Everytime someone buys an e-bay "speedchip", Chuck Norris punches a baby.
