Bent radiator support

98, 4 cyc, Ranger, regular cab, 2 wd

Front end met immovable object so the metal cross piece that holds the radiator, grill, etc. must be replaced.

On-line pictures of the radiator support imply this piece is replaceable but mine is spot welded to the inner fender assemblies.

How do body shops replace this cross piece?
