Tapping sound coming from the left front suspension when I reach 45 MPH.

Any ideas??

It could be the sway bar tapping the shock due to worn out sway bar bushings (I see you have 235K on your truck).

or it could be a sign of the timing belt tensor on the way out.

What is the history on the timing belt?
