Wipers stopped

Hey there, My wipers are magically stopped lol. The pump is running i can here it when i turn the wipers on and the bolts are spinning like they should but the wipers arent moving lol. any ideas?
Funny Story lol
Last night i was driving home and i had a light show below my feet lol
my fuse box lit up like the 4th of july. 3 of my fuses blew for some reason lol. My lights started flickering and then just POP POP POP lol.
I dont know why this did it or how lol but i had no parking lights, radio or clock.
SO i pulled over on the highway and put all 3 fuses back in and they all work now lol i just thought it was funny and i would share that with you all.
