Brake Problem

I recently started having a problem with my brakes, after I come to a stop and then release the brake and start to accelerate it feels like the brakes are still applied for a second then they release. This happens if I accelerate at a normal rate but if accelerate very slow it does not happen. I just recently had a new master cylinder and booster installed plus new front rotors and pads. Any help would be great, Thanks

What year make and model and mileage and what kind of brakes?

First thing to check for is to.
Check for free travel between the master cylinder and booster.

Hello, this is a 96 blazer with about 130,000 miles on it. The brakes are drum in the rear and disc in the front, I cannot tell if the tension is comming from the front or the rear though. The bosster was just replaced and they did a brake fluid exchange and adjustment along with new pads and rotors. Thanks

Was it doing it before booster replace?
Did you replace the booster yourself?
Was the free travel checked on master cylinder?
Jack it up and find out if front or rear or just one wheel.
If you can narrow it down to front or rear or both.
Crack the brake lines at master cylinder and see if it releases.
Also pull back on brake pedal and see if that helps release them.
Post back which it is or how it goes.
