Dash lights 95 tbird

Hi I need some help on my 95 tbird the dash lights are out but only for speedo tach ect... the signal and chk eng lights work fine how can I fix this?

Are you refering to all the dash lights that come on with the headlights? Or just a couple of them?

Welcome to the forum Rd. Be sure the dimmer switch wasn't turned by mistake and check the fuse in the fuse block under the dash. It should be a 5 amp fuse and probably says CLUSTER above it. It's to cold for me to go out and check for sure.

Don't know what you mean. Did you check the fuse and dimmer switch? If the fuse is good and the dimmer switch is in the correct position then you will need a 12V test light or voltmeter to start tracing the circuit from the fuse up to the dash panel. Did the lights stop working for no apparent reason or was someone doing something like installing a radio or something else behind the dash before they quit working?

Well I check the fuse it is find so I remove the dash to see if anythng was lose unplug then I put it back togethier and it works thanks for the help 97tbird
