He all,
I have an 89 2.3 mustang that looses power at 3k rpm after warm up...i push the petal to the floor and nothing....if i let it sit it will run fine for a while and then start acting up again....any help!

does it smoke or anything? can you smell fuel?

Just a thought, have you checked your coolant and oil for cross-contamination? You may have a minor break in your head gasket that gets worse when the engine heats up (though it seems like it would seal, not leak more, it is possible).
