Heater and A/C problems

I have a 94 t-bird and I have a problem with my heat and ac. Everything works with the the a/c and blower other than the fact that it does not blow hot or cold air, just air. The actual blower works and all the switches work because I bought a new digital ac climate controloff of eBay to see if that was the problem. That still did not fix the problem by installing the new one. Sometimes if I turn the car on and off a few times at every red light the heat will start working. Anyone know what the problem is?

Sounds like the blend door motor is bad. Best trying boneyards and ebay for one, as they're pretty pricey at the dealer. Look in the tech help thread at the top of the page, there's a procedure in it for self-testing the climate control system.
