While changing the camshaft seal, I broke the Crankshaft pulley bolt. The esay out removed half the bolt and left the other half behind.
As a last resort i was thinking of treading the unthreaded part of the hole in the crankshaft pulley and using a shorter bolt.
Anyone any other Ideas.

You can't drill the other half of the bolt out?

That was an awesome experience. Nothing like replacing the water pump and the very last turn before being completely done, SNAP! I couldn't tap or drill that dnag thing out. I replaced the entire crank after pulling the engine. Next time, I'd merely place a weld bead to hold on the pully. Total cost to replace was 2G, (performance parts were dropped in :evillol:)

You have to go to a tool dealer and purchase a carbide tipped steel drill. It is the only drill that will drill out a broken eazy out.
